Gratitude Month 2025: Cream Cheese & Bagels

Not quite sure why, but I have been on a kick for bagels and cream cheese for a couple of months. It all started with the best bagel egg sandwich I have ever had in Portland, Maine followed by an amazing pumpkin bagel with pumpkin cream cheese later that afternoon by the same place. They were both so delicious that I am pretty sure I have been chasing that high ever since. Like, not even kidding. I am thankful for those bagels and cream cheese as well as the lesser, more plain jane bagels and cream cheese following that amazing day in Portland, Maine, the day that made me fall in love with bagels and cream cheese more than I thought possible.
