Glinting off the water
Hints of future good hit
Our eyes with intensity and
Fervency and unfailing devotion.
Shining in reflection on
Paths ahead that are promised
Keep the soul from weary a little
Longer, more.
Humming at the thought that
Joy is in the air,
Light and lovely as it goes, and
Progress made is happiness
Gained.
Singing for the dawn of something
Special that has always been there
Yet is now seen,
Light becomes comforting and serene.
